These Terms of Service are entered into with Strength Without Injury, LLC, doing business as Rebuilt With Geeta ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, website, or content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

01 Services Provided

We provide movement, nutrition, and mindset coaching to help people rebuild trust and confidence in their bodies, including:

• 1:1 private coaching
• Group coaching programs
• Digital products (guides, resources, and educational materials)

All services are delivered for educational and informational purposes only.

02 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate information when enrolling

We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

03 Medical Disclaimer

Our services include fitness, movement, and mindset. We are not medical professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Nothing in our content is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any program
• Take full responsibility for your own health decisions

04 Assumption of Risk

By participating in any of our programs or services, you acknowledge that:

• Physical activity carries inherent risks including injury and strain
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
• Strength Without Injury, LLC d/b/a Rebuilt With Geeta is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation

05 SMS Messaging Terms

Strength Without Injury, LLC d/b/a Rebuilt With Geeta may send you text messages related to appointment reminders, program updates, and coaching communications if you have opted in.

Opt-Out & Support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number messages were sent from. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time. If you're experiencing issues, reply "HELP" or contact info@rebuiltwithgeeta.com.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Privacy: For questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

06 Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your payment information
• Pricing is subject to change at any time with reasonable notice

07 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and digital services:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
• After 14 days, no refunds will be issued (except as provided under our separate Guarantee Terms, where applicable)

08 Cancellations

• You may cancel ongoing services with at least 14 days' written notice
• No partial refunds will be provided after the refund window has closed

09 Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including programs, guides, videos, and posts, is owned by Strength Without Injury, LLC d/b/a Rebuilt With Geeta. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Share paid materials with others
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

10 Community Guidelines

If you participate in any of our communities, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of others
• Not provide medical advice to other community members
• Not promote or sell products or services without permission

We reserve the right to remove any member at our discretion.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strength Without Injury, LLC d/b/a Rebuilt With Geeta is not liable for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of our services
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on our content or coaching

12 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to services if Terms are violated or if behavior is deemed harmful or inappropriate to the community or Company.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
