The Program
A diagnostic process, not a generic plan.
Three phases, applied in order, whether you're starting from pain or starting from "fine, but I want more."
The Method, In Depth
Assess. Stabilize. Build.
Same discipline reliability engineers use on production systems, applied to a body instead of a server.
Assess
Before a plan is built, I get the full picture: movement patterns, load tolerance, recovery, repeated triggers, and which strategies may be compensating for something else. No generic protocol comes before understanding your actual starting point.
Stabilize
This is where we prioritize the modifiable contributors instead of chasing the symptom that is easiest to see. The goal is a more reliable baseline: less friction, fewer unpredictable responses, and a foundation that can tolerate progressive load.
Build
Once the baseline is more reliable, we train the system to handle more: longer hours, harder training, and real output under real load. This is capacity planning for your body, progressed deliberately and adjusted from the response.
Two Starting Points
Same method, different entry point.
Where you start depends on what's true for you right now. The diagnostic process is identical either way.
status: degraded
Limiting the activities that matter to you.
Pain, a flare, or a capacity that keeps shrinking. We map the pattern behind it, not only the point that hurts, and identify what's actually changeable.
status: nominal
You're fine. You want more capacity.
Deep work for six hours straight without your back forcing a stop. Train harder without breaking down every few months. Operate at full output under real load, not just on your best days.
What Gets Assessed
Four domains, because nothing in your body operates alone.
Body
Movement & load
Mechanics, mobility, and where load is actually going versus where it should go.
Health
Systemic capacity
The physiological baseline everything else is built on top of.
Mind
Stress & recovery
How load on your nervous system shows up as load on your body.
Life
Real-world demand
What your actual week requires your body to do, not a hypothetical one.
A hard week at work affects recovery. Poor recovery reduces capacity. Reduced capacity affects confidence. Everything is connected, so the assessment treats it that way.
